In an underground city ruled by The Hammer, citizens endure harsh living and working conditions under his oppressive control. Through his research into the sun, Hugo Falco begins to inspire others to question whether life beyond The Underground is possible. Determined to uncover the truth, Hugo teams up with Dante Durante and sets out to discover whether the sun really exists.
